I purchased the eBook. When will I receive it? -- An email is sent immediately to the email address you provided.

What does the email contain? -- The email you receive will contain a link for the download. Click the link and you will start the process. What if I don't receive the email? -- An email is always sent once a purchase is complete. If you do not receive the email, it is because your email provider has blocked receipt of email from us. You may have a spam filter or spam blocker keeping our email from coming through. Check your spam file, check your email blocker and finally, check with your email provider.

Can I contact you if I don't receive the download email? -- Yes, we will tell you to check your spam filter issues. When we try to email you, however, you may not receive our email due to the spam filter. You may think we have not tried to contact you. We will ask you to verify that you received our email.

How do I contact you? -- You can use our contact page at PhotoRadarLaw.com by going to http://www.photoradarlaw.com/contact.htm.

What if I contact you and don't hear back from you? -- This may be due to the spam issue mentioned above. When we do not receive a response from you, we will go through our PayPal account to reach you hoping that you have not blocked PayPal emails from coming through. You may receive a request for money from PayPal for $0.01. That is the only way we have to contact you if you are blocking our emails. You do not owe us $0.01 and after we hear from you we will cancel that money request.

What else can I do to get my download? -- You can access it from the account you set up on our site when you ordered the eBook. You can use our Contact page to send us a different email address that does not have a spam blocker.

What if I tried to download the eBook and it didn't work? -- Often the eBook downloads and goes into a file that later you cannot find. Some computers are set up to automatically save the file in a folder called Downloads. If you are given a choice as to the folder where the eBook will be saved, make a note of it before saving it. Being unable to locate the saved file is the most common reason purchasers believe that the download failed.

Do I need special software to download the book? -- No, you do need Adobe Reader to read it. Most computers have this already installed.

What if I still have problems? -- Contact us. Keep in mind that if you don't hear from us, we ARE trying to reach you. Please think about providing an alternative email address.
